Specialist Tax Manager or Senior
CTA or qualified by experience to work in our tax department. This role can be developed to any particular specialist tax areas of interest. Our clients and tax work cover a wide remit of trades, individuals and different scenarios.
A general practice, experienced, individual who may be qualified or in training. The role is to support a senior manager but be allocated their own clients, develop working relationships and cover all aspects of accounts and tax work. There will be the opportunity to develop knowledge and progress
Preparing accounts and tax work on a wide variety of clients. This person will ideally have some experience in general practice and wish to develop their role. A training package will be considered.
Junior accountants / New Trainees
(1) We wish to recruit trainees who have limited experience and/or wish to train as an accountant in general practice. This may also cover book keeping alongside accounts and tax work. A training package will be considered.
(2) We also have a role for a book keeper / payroll administrator. You must have payroll processing experience but book keeping and basic accounts training will be provided. (Falmouth office based)
Salary will be dependent on experience.
Training packages can be AAT, ATT, ICAEW, ACCA or CTA. It will depend on other qualifications and experience.
On the job training will be provided.
The roles are based in our Truro office except one junior role which is based in our Falmouth office. However, if either St Austell or Falmouth offices are preferred this can be discussed.
Homeworking and office time proportions to be agreed.
Full time preferred but part time will be considered.
We operate flexibly with a blend of home and office working.
